摘要:鲁拉油田岩心数量少,钻头优选主要依靠施工和设计人页的经验。针对这一间题,以钻建方程为基础,通过逆推回归和数据拟合的方式,建立起鲁迈拉地区岩石可钻性与测并数据对应关系,并以岩屑分形理论为依据对结果造行验证,找出顺利高效完成

Abstract: In Rumaila Oilfield, there are a small number of cores, so drilling bit optimization is mainly based on the experience of construction and design staff. To solve this problem, the correspondence relationship between rock drillability and log data of Rumaila area was established based on drilling rate equation by means of backstepping regression and data fitting. Then, the results were verified according to cutting fractal theory. Furthermore, the characteristic parameter which can reflect rock breaking difficulty best was deter-mined and the statistical model on rock strength, hardness, drillability and their fractal dimensions was developed. Finally, ROP improve-ment test was carried out specifically on KM533X composite drilling bit on site according to the prediction results of rock drillability. It is shown that the average drilling footage and ROP of each bit is increased by 214.70% and 29.90%, respectively. And thus, the drilling operation in this area is completed smoothly and efficiently.

常规的岩石力学试验方法是以井下取心为对
象,测量若石的力学性能和微钻法可钻性试验,但这种方法费用高、周期长(1-4]。伊拉克鲁迈拉油田由于战争、经济等多种原因,岩心数量少,主要集中在底部并段的储层。而鲁迈拉油田Rus至Umm地层软
硬交互频繁,导致PDC钻头硬地层易崩齿,牙轮钻头软地层无法有效吃人,且不能准确计算其合理下人深度。为了解决该问题,笔者以钻速方程为基础,确定了岩石强度、硬度及可钻性与岩石的这些分形维数的统计模型,为该区块钻头选型提供理论依据,
