建筑业发展阶段划分

摘要：建筑业作为国民经济的重要物质生产部门，对国民经济发展至关重要。以世界先进建筑业的发展特征即工业化、绿色化、信息化为主要研究对象，借鉴工业发展历程的划分方法，按照革命性技术、理念、标准的产生将建筑业“三化"的发展划分为不同的阶段，利用时间轴将建筑业“三化”集成融合，形成建筑业1.0、建筑业2. 0、建筑业2.5、建筑业3.0、建筑业4.0五个阶段。根据建筑业发展阶段划分标准，结合江苏建筑业发展现状，得出江苏建筑业处于建筑业2.5向3.0的发展阶段。

Abstract: As an important material-production sector in national economy, the construction industry is vital to the development of national economy. Development features of the world' s advanced construction industry namely industrialization, greenization and informatization are chosen as the main study objects. Drawing from the classification method of industrial development, three features of construction industry can be divided into different stages according to revolutionary technology, concepts and standards. Then the three features are integrated by using the timeline to form five stages of the construction industry: construction 1.0, construction 2.0, construction 2.5, construction 3.0, construction 4.0. Finally, construction industry of Jiangsu Province is evaluated with a stage of 2.5 to 3.0 through the combination of the current construction industry development and the classification standards above.

回顾建筑业近百年来的发展，以住宅产业化为主要特征的建筑工业化率先在以美国为首的工业发达国家崛起，在快速满足人们住房需求的同时，建筑工业化推动了建筑业生产方式变革，大幅提高了建筑业生产效率，并逐步普及。随着上世纪五、六十年代信息技术、绿色技术的发展[2]，人们对建筑节能化、智能化的追求成为现实。在全球日益关注环境效益、资源使用效率的

当今社会，把工业化、绿色化、信息化等先进产业成果融合提升传统建筑业已是世界各国的共识和不约而同的举措，建筑工业化、绿色化、信息化（建筑业“三化”）成为世界先进建筑业的共同发展特征。
