基于TOPSIS改进模型的工程项目承包商选择

摘要:作为工程项目的活动主体,承包商能否合理选择将直接影响工程项目的成败。针对传统评标方法中存体系,并在此基础上,提出了有序加权算子(OWA)、灰色关联分析(GRA)与逼近理想解法(TOPSIS)相结合的优化决策模型,利用OWA算子对评价指标进行赋权,然后运用GRA-TOPSIS集成优化模型确定承包商正负理想解,根据各承包商与正负理想解之间的相对贴近度对承包商进行排序,进而选择最优的承包商负责项目的实
施。最后通过实例验证了该方法的合理性及可行性,旨在为工程项目承包商的合理选择提供借鉴。关键词:工程项目:承包商选择:有序加权算子:灰色关联分析:理想解法

Engineering Project Contractor Selection Based on Improved TOPSIS Model

Abstract: As the main part of the project , contractor which whether can be a reasonable choice will directly determine the success or failure of the project . To solve the problem occurring in traditional evaluation methods , such as incomplete information and strong subjectivity , this paper has firstly established a multi-evel project contractor evaluation index system in accordance with the characteristics of the contractor system, on this basis, this paper proposed an optimization decision model which including ordered weighted averaging(OWA) operator, grey relational analysis(GRA) and approximation to ideal solution ( TOPSIS). This paper uses the OWA operator to determine the weights of evaluation index , and then uses the GRA-TOPSIS to determine the positive and negative ideal solu-tion of contractor, according to the correlation degree between each contractor and the positive and negative ideal solution to sort, and then selects the best contractor to implement the project. Finally , the rationality and feasibility of the method is verified by an example , which is intended to provide reference for the reasonable selection of the project contractor .
