基础设施项目融资担保费率灰色博奔模型

摘要：基础设施项目合理的融资担保费率估算模型对项目的成功具有重要意义。分析了影响项目融资担保费率的因素，通过纳什讨价还价模型模拟了项目融资担保费率的博奔过程，然后结合灰色理论，把支付函数中的灰色信息灰数化，从而提高模型的可计算性，并得出了博奔双方的灰色担保费率支付函数。通过多回合博奔，最后数值模拟显示，双方的可接受担保费率区间随博奔进程的进行而收敛，并在博奔进行到第四阶段时，该
率博弃模型不仅提高了项目融资担保费率估算的效率，也为类似的价格谈判提供了一种新的定价方法。关键词：项目融资：工程担保：费率：动态博奔：灰色

Grey Game PricingModel of Infrastructure Project Finance Guarantee Rate

Abstract: The pricing of infrastructure project financing guarantee rate has been a neglected subject which may impact the success of a project's finance. To make the guarantee rate pricing model more reliable and user-friendly, the pricing model is built based on dynamic game and grey theory with the fact that the rate negotiation process is actually a bargaining issue. With the Nash bargaining solution fitting the rate pricing progress and grey information embedded in the game being translated into grey numher, the pricing model is simplified. Through the model we find that the guarantee rate that both players claimed converge to equilibrium as the game proceed. With grey theory helps to improve the reliability of the outcomes that the model generates, the result simulated based on hypotheses indicates aeeee are acceptable to both parties. This simplified pricing game model not only raises the efficiency of
project finance, but also provides a new solution to similar pricing negotiations. Key words: project finance; project guarantee; rate pricing; dynamic game; grey
伴随基础设施项目的融资越来越多地采用项
自融资方式，项自融资担保定价不合理对基础设施项目的影响开始显现。科学的项目融资担保定价，不仅有助于提高基础设施项目融资效率，也有助于我国的工程担保业务、融资担保业务和担保市场更健康地发展。

系[]和项目融资担保的法律[2]等。而在项目融资担保定价的问题上，相关研究、论述相对较少；再加上我国项目融资担保方在担保费率取费时，忽视项目、业主和承包商之间的异质性[3]，依据经验笼统取费。
有学者注意到了这种主观性较强的经验化方法在项目融资担保费率估算方面的不足，提出了
