管道检测评价技术在樊学-姬输油

摘要:管道离蚀已经成为油田管道泄漏事故的主要固素之一,尤其在运行中后期的管道中表现得尤为突出,采取相应的腐蚀检测技术评价在役管道适行现状以及采取相应的保护措施显得十分重要,樊学-姬输油管道是长庆油田重要的外输干线,为对管道的送行现状及腐蚀情况进行评价,分别应用瞬变电磁检测及超声波检测等技术,采用分段检测方法对相对应的管道剩余壁厚进行侧厚,并核算出最大壁厚损失率及平均腐蚀速率等腐蚀参数。此次检测达到了预判管道现状的目的,电为管道的后续适行维护提供了依据,
