石油化工管道安装施工过程中的常见问题及对策

摘要：石油化工领域中，产品运输以及原料运输是影响行业发展的关键要素。怎样安全、高效运输原料和产品是石化业目前关注的重点问题。为解法以上间题，建立石油化工管道运输原料、产品。石油化工管道的安装受到多方影响，管道安装施工时有可能出现各种问题，如果这要问题得不到及时解决，则直接影响后续管道运输，导致石化发展受约求。所以，作为石化管道安装的施工方以及施工人员应该熟悉施工图纸和遵守施工规范操作，并且要求间隔对现场施工作业进行监督检查，统一协调各方工作，顺利发现管道安装问题并及时解决，确保管道施工安装工作的顺利完成。本课题以石油化工管道安装为对象，对该安装过程出现的问题开展阐速，并提出对应的解决施。

Abstract In the field of petrochemical industry , product transportation and raw material transportation are the key factors affecting the development of the industry. How safe and efficient transportation of raw materials and products is the focus of petrochemical industry. In order to solve the above problems, the raw materials and products. The petrochemical pipe installed by the multi effect, pipeline installation and construction when there may be a variety of problems,if these problems are not solved in time, will directly affect the sub-sequent pipeline transportation, resulting in constrained petrochemical development. So,the construction side as petrochemical pipeline in-stallation and construction personnel should be familiar with the construction drawings and construction requirements and abide by the noms of operation,the interval for the supervision and inspection of the construction site work, coordinate the work of all successfully found pipeline installation problems and resolved in a timely manner, to ensure the successful completion of the work of construction instal-lation. In this paper, the installation of petrochemical pipeline is taken as an object, and the problems in the installation process are expounded, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.

石油化工产品制造的其中一个重要环节则是石油化工产品运输。天然气和石油运输主要是以管道运输的方式实现运输的。随着市场对石油化工产品需要激增下，石油产品生产量不断增长，因此右油化工产品运输量增长，对运输要求也随之提高。基于石油化工产品属于易燃易爆的危险产品，对运输温度条件较高，当温度上升到石油临界点时容易发生爆炸、自燃的事故。同时因为运输介质有毒性，运输过程发生泄漏时则危害周遭环境和人群
于石油化工行业下，逐步提升石油化工管道安装的质量
要求。因此实施管道安装的施工机械是否正常运行对管道安装质量有着重要影响。石油化工管道安装的作业数量繁多、工程复杂，所以要确保石油化工管道安装质量，首先从环境因素考量。基于施工原料、施工当地的地形地质、施工当时气候等客观条件影响下，石油化工管道安装过程会出现一些间题，此时则要求施工人员正式问题并及时解决，严格把关好每道程序、作业。监管部门则要求严格对原料，设备、现场施工作业进行监督。各方协调作业，确保后续化工管道安装符合国家作业规范。本课题从化工管道安装质量的作业安全性出发，提出化工管道安装问题，并就这些问题开展理论性阐述，进一步提出解决问题的方法，

确定石油化工管道安装的工程后，选择合适的施工单位和施工团队，设计规范的石化管道安装的施工图纸，施工队对施工图纸进行多方的检查，要求设计单位、生产单位、监理单

位以及施工单位对安装图纸进行审核，多方的审查是为了有效避免施工图纸造成的问题影响日后工程项目的顺利进行。当原料、施工设备、各部门人员就位的情况下可以正式开展施工作业。
施工前，施工队将施工方案提交给监理单位审校通过后才正式启动施工工程。施工过程中，当出现设计图纸不符的实际下，要求协调各方对该向题进行探讨后得出结果再进行适当修改，顺利完成石化管道安装工作。
管道安装时的常见问题

管道制作过程会出现的间题
首先管道制作会对管道执行配对工作，施工团队检查确认管道配对无误后，填写工序质量报验表，在表中填写出管道制作过程。随后将设计图纸和表单一同交于监理单位、生产单位进行审核，审核通过后，可以开展下一步管道焊接工序。 2.2焊接过程会出现的问题
管道焊接工作是直接影响日后管道运输质量的关键步骤，为了保障管道焊接的高效完成，要求焊接人员严格按照作业规范执行焊接工作。管道顺利完成焊接工序后，在设计图纸中标明清晰的管道焊接点。施工员检查焊接情况后，交由专业工程师负责抽查取样检测焊接口情况，保障是管道能够投人到下步的管道安装工序中
另外，管道焊接口进行加处理达成管段的无缝状态。加热处理后同样要填写表单并交予监理单位抽样检测，对管道
缝口进行气密性检测，确保做到管道的无缝衔接， 2.3管道的防腐问题
管道试压工序完成后，开展下步的管道保温，要求施工监督部门严格监督施工团队是否开展管道的保温性、耐腐蚀性的工作的检测。施工团队完成检测后，当管道符合标准则填写一份报验单交予监理单位和施工监督部门人员负责签字验收，验收完毕后开展下一步的隐蔽工作。由于右油化工广排
