城市燃气行业大数据治理体系与方法

摘要随着互联网技术的发展和科技进步,城市燃气产业链从传统的上游资源费探开发向下游增值服务和能源服务转型,城市燃气运营企业在互联网+时代拓展增值业务,挖据用户价值潜力,提升竞争力实现传统行业的创新发展。信息技术给城市燃气行业带来的变革也对信息化工作提出了更高的要求。基于对数据治理和大数据治理概念的理解,探讨城市燃气行业大数据治理的可能性,并根据城市燃气行业目前的数据资产和信息系统现状梳理数据治理和大数据治理所面临的间题,借助于行业大数据治理方法论和模型,提出针对城市燃气行业可能进行大数据治理的体系内容,进一步提出领导重视并牵头,成立数据治理组织、织横分级管理,建立有效工作机制、建立健全数据标准体系和数器质量管理体系、制定业务策略和实施流程管理、建立大数据基础
架构、大数据治理评估的大数据环境下城市燃气大数据的治理的实施方法。

Abstraet: With the development of Intermet technology and progress in science and technology, the city gas industry chain is going through a transformation from traditional upstream resource exploration and development to downstream value-added services and energy services. In response to this, city gas operators are expanding their value-added services, tapping the user potential value, and enhancing their competitiveness to strive for innovation and development of the traditional industry in an era of Internet Plus. Changes in the city gas industry brought about by information technology have in turn put forward higher requirements for information technol-ogy work. This paper proposes the systems and methods for big data governance: to explore the possibility of big data governance in the city gas industry based on the understanding of the concept of data governance and big data governance, analyze the existing prob-lems with data governance and big data governance according to the present data assets and information system situation of the indus-try, put forward the contents of possible big data governance systems for the industry through the methodology and models for big data governance of the industry, and further propose the methods to implement big data governance in the city gas industry: establish data governance organizations, exercise vertical and horizontal hierarchical management, establish an effective working mechanism, estab lish and improve the data standard system and data quality management system, develop business strategy and implementation process management, and develop large data infrastructure and big data govermance assessment.
