前 言
根据福建省住房和城乡建设厅《关于组织编制福建省公共建 筑节能设计标准等3部地方标准的通知〉(闽建办科(2017) 13 号)的要求,由福建省建筑科学研究院有限责任公司会同有关单 位,在总结我省公共建筑节能设计的实践经验和研究成果,借鉴 国内外先进经验,结合我省气候特点,广泛征求意见的基础上, 编制本标准。
本标准的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规 定;4.建筑与建筑热工;5.供暖通风与空气调节;6.给水排 水;7.电气;8.可再生能源应用。
