1 范围
本文件规定了海船船员适任评估中心功能布局与性能的基本配置要求，包括评估中心场地规模与布局、评估项目配套设施设备技术要求、办公以及评估考试与服务管理设施、安全与环境条件、评估中心运行与管理人员配置要求等方面。
本文件适用于交通运输部海事管理机构用于海船船员适任评估的自建评估中心。
