This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces the FZ/T 81001-2007 Pajamas in whole. The following deviations have been made with respect to the FZ/T 81001-2007.
——revised the foreword (see Foreword, Foreword in 2007 edition);
——deleted the definition of safety behaviour terms(see 3.1 in 2007 edition);
——revised the instructions for use (see 4.1,4.1 in 2007 edition);
——added the rules of shoulder pads,pocket cloth,cords and drawstrings,elastic bands,and revised the rules of fling wadding (see 4.3.3.1.4.3.3.2 and 4.3.4. 4.3.2.1.4.3.2.2 and 4.3.2.4 in 2007 edition);
——added the rules of quilting stitch density (see 4.9.1 Table 3);
——moved physical security performance to the physical and chemical performance table (see 4.12, 4.12 in 2007 edition);
——deleted the requirement of collar size dimensional change and revised the requirements of chest and waist size dimensional change (see 4.12 Table 5 Note b,4.13.1 in 2007 edition);
——deleted the colour fastness to saliva, revised the colour fastness to dry cleaning, the colour fastness to wet rubbing, and the colour fastness to perspiration (see 4.12,4.13.4.2 in 2007 edition);
——revised the requirements of the seam slippage and the specimens position(see 4.12 Table 5 Note f and 5.4.4,4.13.6 and 5.4.6 in 2007 edition);
——revised the requirement of the seam strength of back crotch seam of pants (see 4.13 Table 5 Note g, 4.13.7 in 2007 edition);
——deleted the requirement of tear strength (see 4.13.8 in 2007 edition);
——revised the requirement of buming behavior(see 4.12 Table 5 Note i,4.13.11 in 2007 edition);
——-added the safety requirement of cords and drawstrings for children's products (see 4.12 Table 5);
——revised the measuring method of acceptale appearance defects(see 5.3.4,5.3.5 in 2007 editio):
——revised the washing procedure and drying method of the dimensional change after washing (see 5.4.1,5.4.1 in 2007 edition);
——revised the test method of colour fastness to washing with soap (see 5.4.3,5.4.4 in 2007 eoditio);
——cited the testing method of physical and chemical performance of garments(see 5.4.7);
——deleted the general type inspection category and added the time rule of type inspection (see 6.1. 6.1 in 2007 edition);
——revised the judgement of defect of the instructions for use (see 6.2.3,6.2.3 in 2007 edition);
——delete Annex A, the test method of needle inspection is in accordance with GB/T 24121(see 5.4.6.5.3.8 in 2007 edition);
——deleted Annex B, the test method of the seam slippage is in accordance with GB/T 21294 (see 5.4.4,5.4.6 in 2007 edition);
——deleted Annex C, the sampling location of the seam strength of back rise of pants is in accordance with GB/T 21294 (see 5.4.7,5.4.7 in 2007 edition);
——deleted Annex D, the test method of burning behavior is according to GB/ 14644(see 5.4.5。5.4.14 in 2007 edition)
