本部分为 NY/T 1860 的第 3 部分。
本部分按照GB/T 1.1—2009 给出的规则起草。
本部分代替 NY/T 1860.3—2010《农药理化性质测定试验导则 第3部分;外观》。
本部分与NY/T 1860.3—2010 相比，除编辑性修改外，主要技术内容变化如下;
——将原标准中"3 要求"、"4 试验方法"内容整合（见 3）。
本部分由农业部种植业管理司提出并归口。
