为规范国家电网公司生产技术改造项目管理，规范项目可行性研究内容深度，制定本部分。《生产技术改造和生产设备大修项目可行性研究内容深度规定》标准分为2个部分∶
——第1部分∶生产技术改造项目;
——第2部分;生产设备大修项目。
本部分为《生产技术改造和生产设备大修项目可行性研究内容深度规定》标准的第1部分。
本部分由国家电网公司运维检修部提出并解释。
本部分由国家电网公司科技部归口。
