前 言
本标准根据 GB/T 1.1—2009《标准化工作导则 第 1 部分:标准的结构和编写》的规则起草。
本标准参照 GB/T 20840.3—2013《互感器 第 3 部分:电磁式电压互感器的补充技术要求》对电磁式电压互感器的技术要求,结合 GB/T 50064—2014 对电磁式电压互感器饱和引起的铁磁谐振防护要求及碳化硅特点而制定。
本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。
本标准由电力行业过电压与绝缘配合标准化技术委员会(DL/TC 38)归口。
