前 言
本标准按照 GB/T1.1-2009给出的规则起草。
本标准使用翻译法等同采用国际标准 ISO10381-6;2009《土壤质量 采样 第6部分;室内测定微生物过程 、生物量与多样性用土壤的好氧采集、处理及贮存指南》（英文版）。
为了便于使用，本标准做了下列编辑性修改;
——将标准名称改为《实验室测定微生物过程、生物量与多样性用土壤的好氧采集、处理及贮存指南》。
本标准由农业部提出。
本标准由全国土壤质量标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC 404）归口。
1 范围
本标准提供实验室测定微生物过程、生物量与多样性用土壤的好氧采集、处理及贮存指南。本标准推荐的方法不适用于需始终保持厌氧条件的土壤处理。
本标准主要适用于温带土壤。极端条件下采集的十壤（如永久冻十、热带十壤）可能需要特殊外理.
2 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
2.1
好氧 aerobic
能自由获得分子态氧的条件。
2.2
厌氧 anaerobic
不能获得分子态氧的条件。
2.3
土壤含水量 water content on a dry mass basis
在105 ℃条件下烘干至恒重过程中所蒸发出水的质量与土壤干重的百分比（%）。[ISO 11465:1993,3.2]
