本标准按照 GB/T 1.1—2009 给出的规则起草。
本标准使用重新起草法参考 ISO 15837∶2004《船舶与海上技术 管路系统垫密式机械连接件 性能规范》和 ISO 15838∶2003《船舶与海上技术 管路系统垫密式机械连接件用附件 性能规范》编制，与 ISO 15837∶2004 和 ISO 15838∶2003 的一致性程度为非等效。
本标准由中国船舶工业集团公司提出。
本标准由全国船用机械标准化技术委员会管系附件分技术委员会（SAC/TC 137/SC 3）归口。
本标准起草单位∶中国船舶工业综合技术经济研究院。
