前 言
GB/T2900《电工术语》分为若干部分。本部分为GB/T 2900的第103 部分。
本部分使用翻译法等同采用IEC60050-692∶2017《国际电工词汇 第692部分∶电能的产生、传输和分布 电力系统的可靠性和服务质量》。
本部分做了下列编辑性修改∶
—将标准名称修改为《电工术语 发电、输电及配电 电力系统可信性及服务质量》;
—删除了692-01-11和692-02-10的注中关于北美的内容;
—删除了加拿大、美国所用的同义词∶692-02-05（controlled emergency）、692-02-08（insecure state)、692-08-01(system average interruption frequency index)、692-08-02(customer average interruption frequency index)、692-08-03(system average interruption duration index)、692-08-05(customer average interruption duration index)。本部分由全国电工术语标准化技术委员会提出。
本部分由全国电工术语标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC232）、全国电压电流等级和频率标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC1）、全国电工电子产品可靠性与维修性标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC24）共同归口。
