施工详图制图标准》的公告
晋土建标字〔2024〕2 号
山西省土木建筑学会现批准《钢结构工程深化设计和施工详图
制图标准》为团体标准,编号为 T/SXCAS021—2024,自 2024 年 5
月 15 日起实施,现予公告。

根据山西省土木建筑学会《关于印发〈2019 年山西省工程建设
地方标准制(修)订计划〉的通知》(晋建标字〔2019〕109 号)、《关
于同意两项团体标准立项的通知》(晋土建标字〔2022〕8 号)的要
求,标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,借鉴国内外
先进技术,在广泛征求意见的基础上,编制了本标准。
本标准的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规定;4.制
图标准;5.深化设计;6.工艺设计与表达;7.施工详图;8.BIM 应用
与信息交互。
本标准由山西省土木建筑学会负责管理,由山西四建集团有限
公司负责具体解释。执行过程中如有意见或建议,请寄送山西四建

为规范钢结构工程深化设计和施工详图设计及制图行为,保
证制图质量,做到图面清晰、表达准确,满足设计、制造、施工、
运营维护及存档的要求,制定本标准。

本标准适用的工程范围是山西省内新建、改建、扩建的钢结
构建筑工程、城市和公路桥梁工程等。
1.0.3
钢结构工程深化设计和施工详图设计及制图,除应符合本标
准外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

2.0.1
深化设计
detail design
根据项目输入信息,包括设计文件、工艺技术要求、现场安装
条件、运输能力要求等,对钢结构设计施工图进行细化设计,形成
可直接用于深化设计报审和指导施工详图设计的技术文件,包括深
化设计布置图、节点深化设计图、焊接连接通用图等。

工艺设计
process design
对钢结构产品在生产制造、安装过程中应用的技术措施、实现
方法进行设计。

施工详图设计
shop drawing design
根据设计文件、深化设计文件和工艺设计要求对深化设计图进
行细化设计,可直接用于钢结构制作和安装,包括加工详图、安装
详图及各种报表等内容。

加工详图

用于工厂制造的细化设计图纸,包括构件图、零件图、布置图
等。

安装详图
erecting drawing
用于现场安装的细化设计图纸,包括平面布置图、立面布置图
及现场连接节点图等。

构件
element
由零件组成的钢结构基本单元,如梁、柱、支撑、钢板墙、桁
架等。

组成构件的最小单元。

构件图
component diagram
用于表达零件之间依赖关系的图样,包括构件编号、构件的总
体尺寸和定形尺寸、零件编号、零件的定位尺寸等内容。

总体尺寸和定形尺寸等内容。

体现模型元素的外观尺寸、空间位置的属性信息,如构件截面
尺寸、节点板形状及位置、紧固件的直径和长度等。

non geometric information
除几何信息外,其他反映模型元素属性的各类信息,如材质、
编号信息、紧固件强度等级等。

BIM 轻量化
BIM lightweight
在满足信息无损、模型精度、使用功能要求的前提下,利用模
型实体面片化技术、信息云端化技术、逻辑简化技术等手段,实现
模型在几何实体、承载信息、构建逻辑等方面的精简、转换、缩减
的过程。

开放 API
open application programming interface
指开放的应用程序编程接口,第三方开发者可使用其在 BIM 软
件平台上开发应用程序和其他功能,并将其集成在 BIM 软件使用环
境中,以提高软件使用效率。

基本规定
3.1
一般规定
3.1.1
钢结构工程施工前应由钢结构制造单位、施工单位或详图设
计单位进行钢结构深化设计和施工详图的编制。
3.1.2
钢结构深化设计前,宜编制深化设计方案;施工详图设计前,
应完成深化设计,并宜编制施工详图设计方案。
3.1.3
钢结构施工详图应依据深化设计、工艺设计和施工详图设计
三个方面的成果。
3.1.4
施工详图绘制宜采用计算机制图,并宜采用 BIM 软件进行项
目整体模型的搭建,生成施工详图,三维模型应能反映深化设计、
工艺设计、施工详图设计全部技术要求。
3.1.5
在单独使用钢结构施工详图表述不清或需要补充信息时,可
采用表格、文字或其他方式进行补充。
3.2
深化设计管理流程
3.2.1
钢结构深化设计管理流程包括项目信息输入、资料审查与信
息反馈、深化设计、工艺设计、详图设计、设计评审、图纸发放与
技术交底等环节。深化设计流程如图 3.2.1 所示。

项目信息输入包括设计施工图及变更、设计提供的建筑信息
模型(BIM)、制作与施工进度计划、材料采购方式、制作工艺方案、
施工方案、工程合同资料、其他相关专业技术要求。
3.2.3
项目信息资料收集包括完整的输入信息、专业施工图纸、设
计技术要求、材料市场供应情况、项目实施方案等。
3.2.4
深化设计要结合项目信息和资料审查结果,统筹考虑设计意
图、工厂制作、道路运输及现场安装的要求,满足结构安全和使用
功能。并符合下列规定:

补充设计施工图中未明确的连接节点,设计现场临时安装节
点并进行节点计算;
2
协调处理钢结构专业与建筑、结构、机电、幕墙等其他专业
的配合设计与施工;
3
根据构件受力安全与制作、运输、安装的经济性,合理优化
构件单元。
3.2.5
工艺设计包括制造工艺及安装工艺,涵盖钢结构各分项工程,
包括原材料及成品验收工艺、零部件加工工艺、焊接工艺、钢构件
组装工艺、涂装工艺、预拼装工艺、螺栓紧固件连接工艺、构件安
装工艺、压型金属板安装工艺等。各项工艺设计成果应以工艺指导
书或加工详图的形式体现。
3.2.6
深化设计和施工详图设计应按照制造及安装等各工序的需求,
绘制满足其不同阶段、不同类型的施工详图。图形内容清楚整洁、
标注齐全,图面布局应紧凑合理,并配套相应的文字说明。
3.2.7
建设单位宜组织施工总承包单位及设计单位对深化设计及施
工详图进行评审确认,应出具书面的审批意见,并与施工详图一同
归档。深化设计和施工详图审核流程如图 3.2.7 所示。深化设计及施
工详图的评审确认应符合以下规定:
1
钢结构安装单位及施工总承包单位确认的内容应包括以下
内容:
1)构件分段及作业空间等是否满足施工过程的要求;
2)构件现场安装辅助措施、现场安装对接节点形式,以及
与相关专业的连接节点形式是否满足施工需求;
3)深化设计内容是否全面涵盖项目合同约定的范围;详图
表达深度是否满足相关标准和指导施工的要求;附加材料表及清单
内容是否完整准确,是否符合合同约定或相关计量标准的要求。

设计单位应对深化设计和施工详图与设计施工图的一致性
