内容简介

DB13(J)/T 8472-2022 建筑垃圾再生产品应用技术规程

根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《2022 年度省工程建设标准和标
准设计第一批制(修)订计划》(冀建节科函〔2022〕92 号)的要
求,由河北省建筑科学研究院有限公司、沧州市市政工程股份有限
公司、河北省固废建材化利用科学与技术重点实验室会同有关单位
联合编制而成。
本规程共分 9 章和 7 个附录,主要技术内容包括:1. 总则;2. 术
语;3. 基本规定;4. 再生骨料技术要求与检验;5. 再生微粉技术
要求与检验;6. 建筑垃圾再生混凝土及砂浆应用技术要求;7. 再生
砌块、砖类产品应用技术要求;8. 再生骨料透水混凝土及生态混凝
土应用技术要求;9. 其他产品应用技术要求。

1.0.1
为规范建筑垃圾再生产品的应用,提升建筑垃圾资源化利用
水平,制定本规程。
1.0.2
本规程适用于河北省建筑垃圾再生产品的应用技术要求与检
验。
1.0.3
建筑垃圾再生产品的应用除应符合本规程的规定外,尚应符
合国家、行业及河北省现行有关标准的规定。

2.0.1
建筑垃圾
construction waste
工程渣土、工程泥浆、工程垃圾、拆除垃圾和装修垃圾等的总
称。包括新建、扩建、改建和拆除各类建筑物、构筑物、管网等以
及居民装饰装修房屋过程中产生的弃土、弃料及其他废弃物,不包
括检验、鉴定为危险废物的建筑垃圾。
2.0.2
建筑垃圾利用率
replacement rate of recycled aggregate
再生骨料、再生微粉等建筑垃圾占再生产品的质量百分比。可
以分为再生骨料取代率、再生微粉取代率。
2.0.3
建筑垃圾再生产品
construction waste recycling products
以建筑垃圾为原料制成的应用到建设工程中的产品。
2.0.4
再生粗/细骨料
recycled coarse/fine aggregate
由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、砂浆、石或砖瓦等加工而成,粒径大
于 4.75mm 的颗粒,称为再生粗骨料;粒径不大于 4.75mm 的颗粒,
称为再生细骨料。

再生细骨料胶砂需水量比
water requirement ratio of recycled
fine aggregate mortar
再生胶砂需水量与基准胶砂需水量之比即为再生胶砂需水量
比。

再生胶砂强度与基准胶砂强度之比即为再生胶砂强度比。

泥粉含量
clay content and fine content
再生粗骨料中粒径小于 75μm 的黏土和石粉颗粒含量。

再生混凝土
recycled concrete
掺用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的混凝土。掺用再生骨料
的称为再生骨料混凝土,掺用再生微粉的称为再生微粉混凝土。

再生砂浆
recycled mortar
掺用再生骨料和/或再生微粉配制而成的砂浆。掺用再生骨料的
称为再生骨料砂浆,掺用再生微粉的称为再生微粉砂浆。

再生微粉
recycled micropowder
由建筑垃圾中的混凝土、砖瓦等加工而成的,或伴随再生骨料
制备产生的,粒径小于 0.075mm 的颗粒,不包括风化和软弱颗粒。
2.0.12
再生骨料透水混凝土
recycled aggregate pervious concrete
再生骨料取代率为 30%以上的透水混凝土。
2.0.13
再生骨料生态混凝土
recycled aggregate ecological concrete
掺用再生骨料配制而成的,具有生态系统基本功能,满足生物
生存要求的多孔混凝土。

生态孔径
ecological aperture
生态混凝土中能满足植物根系生长和小型动物生存要求的表观
孔径。
2.0.15
再生骨料无机混合料
recycled aggregate inorganic mixture
由再生级配骨料配制的无机混合料。
2.0.16
再生沥青混合料
recycled asphalt mixture
含有回收沥青路面材料的沥青混合料。
2.0.17
再生陶粒
recycled ceramsite
利用建筑垃圾等废弃物制备的陶粒。
2.0.18
再生陶粒混凝土
recycled ceramsite concrete
以再生陶粒为骨料的再生轻骨料混凝土。

基本规定
3.0.1
在满足使用功能、安全和环保要求的前提下,宜在建筑工程、
市政工程、水务工程、景观工程等建筑物、构筑物、铺设物中适宜
部位,采用建筑垃圾再生产品。
3.0.2
建设工程项目同时横跨建筑工程、市政工程、水务工程、景
观工程中两个类别或以上的,其再生产品的应用,应同时满足本规
程相应章节的技术要求。
3.0.3
再生产品的放射性应符合现行国家标准《建筑材料放射性核
素限量》GB 6566 的规定,浸出毒性应符合现行国家标准《危险废
物鉴别标准—浸出毒性鉴别》GB 5085.3 的规定。

4
再生骨料技术要求与检验
4.1
一般规定
4.1.1
再生骨料的性能指标应满足所制备的混凝土、砂浆、砌块或
砖等建材产品对骨料的技术要求。
4.1.2
再生骨料的应用应符合国家有关安全和环保的规定。
4.2
再生骨料原材及制备
4.2.1
加工再生骨料的建筑垃圾应进行检测和预处理,可包括分类、
预湿及除土。
4.2.2
再生骨料加工应符合下列规定:
1
处理系统主要包括破碎、筛分、分选等工艺,具体工艺路线
应根据建筑垃圾特点和再生产品要求确定。
2
破碎设备应具备可调节破碎进、出料的功能,宜采用多种破
碎设备组合运用。

分选宜以机械分选为主,人工分选为辅。
4.2.3
再生骨料加工工艺应根据进厂物料特性、资源化利用工艺、
产品形式与出路等综合确定,可分为固定式和移动式两种。固定式
处理工艺流程可参考本规程附录 A 的规定,移动式处理工艺流程可
参考本规程附录 B 的规定。加工工艺应包括给料、除土、破碎、筛
分、分选、粉控、整形、输送、贮存、除尘、降噪、废水处理等工
序,各工序配制宜根据原料与产品确定。
4.2.4
应合理布置生产线,减少物料传输距离。应合理利用地势势

能和传输带提升功能,设计生产线工艺流程。
4.2.5
具体加工工艺过程应满足现行国家标准《建筑废弃物再生工
厂设计标准》GB 51322 的规定。
4.3
再生粗骨料
4.3.1
制备再生产品所用的再生粗骨料应符合现行国家标准《混凝
土用再生粗骨料》GB/T 25177 的规定。检验方法应按现行国家标
准《建设用卵石、碎石》GB/T 14685 执行。
4.3.2
再生粗骨料按性能要求可分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类。
4.3.3
再生粗骨料按粒径尺寸分为连续粒级和单粒级。连续粒级分
为 5mm~16mm、5mm~20mm、5mm~25mm、5mm~31.5mm 四
种规格,单粒级分为 5mm~10mm、10mm~20mm 和 16~31.5mm
三种规格。
4.3.4
再生粗骨料的颗粒级配应符合表 4.3.4 的规定。
