4 1总则
1.0.1为促进山西省城镇住宅建设高质量发展，提升住宅健康、 安全与宜居性能，制定本标准。 1.0.2本标准适用于山西省行政区范围内城镇新建商品住宅的建设、维护。 1.0.3宜居住宅建设除满足本技术标准外，应严格执行国家、山西省现行工程建设技术标准规范，以及绿色建筑、装配式建筑、 绿色建材、建筑节能、海绵城市、噪声防护、无障碍、适老化等有关政策规定。
